Did you know that Dita Von Teese is naturally blonde? Well she is! So, we ask : how does she get such perfect 1940s-style black, defined brows?

“It’s easy with Just For Men hair dye,” Dita told make-up artist Tina Turnbow in a profile piece for the New York Times’ T Magazine.

“I’m kind of a do-it-yourself person as far as my hair, makeup and styling go. I’m in the process of writing a beauty book, where I do it all. It’s hard work. But nothing good comes easy.”

So it’s DIY Dita dye all the way…

Dita has also revealed her makeup bare necessities (although we use the word “bare” lightly as it is quite a list): “I use Dior Capture Totale Foundation and a dusting of Mineralize Powder by M.A.C. Dior Dolce Vita is my favourite red lipstick. When in a rush, I tie my hair back and throw on a great pair of sunglasses…and voila!” she says, with this gem of information to boot: “Don’t underestimate the cosmetic power of sunglasses.”
